Queen of the Isle of Wight and other stories

Led by the New Carnival Company this project takes it name from the legend of Isabella de Fortibus. Isabella, who lived on the Island, was England's wealthiest woman in the late 13th century who was commonly referred to as the 'Queen of the Isle of Wight'.

Insprired by fabulous people, sublime landscapes and wonderful heritage the project is delivering large scale outdoor events all of which are made possible by local people. Click on the links below to learn more.
