Historic Ryde Society - Opening up the Basement

Ryde Heritage Centre is run by Historic Ryde Society volunteers and occupies a series of rooms under the Royal Victoria Arcade in Ryde. It's an amazing warren of history and we were delighted to be able to help the group open up more of the basement for exhibition and meeting space. The works even led to the discovery and subsequent restoration of an old ice-house. Incredible stuff!
