Down to the Town +

The creative arts are a sure-fire way to get people involved in looking at and thinking abut their local natural and built environment. Wild about Wight organised more than 50 art workshops for local people following themes such as Down to the Town, Wonders of the East Wight, Willow Walk and more. Working with professional artists 500+ people of all ages and abilities got involved to produce a stunning body of work. This was curated and exhibited at Quay Arts in Spring 2019 attracting more than 3,000 visitors.
