Woodland Walks

The health benefits of spending time outdoors are increasingly well recognised and Down to the Coast were delighted to support Healing Arts with a grant to deliver a programme of nature therapy for people struggling with mental health problems. Workshops were delivered at Quarr Abbey's fantastic monastic estate with participants being supported to develop and nurture their creative response to the historic environment as part of their ongoing treatment.
